Every Elevate garden building is covered by our 5-10 year guarantee, with a 10-year guarantee on the rubber roof. If you ever need us after the build, we're 20 minutes away, not 200.

In most cases no. Our garden rooms are usually classed as permitted development, so no planning permission is needed. Some gardens and properties are exceptions, and we check yours during the free design consultation and guide you through anything that's needed.
Yes. Every room is fully insulated in the walls, floor and roof, finished with a plastered interior and double glazing, with heating and cooling options available. It's a true room, not a summerhouse.
Our garden rooms start from £14,300 +VAT, and every size in the range starts from the same price. Before any work begins you get a clear, itemised, written quote covering everything, with no hidden fees.
Typical lead time from design approval to completion is 6 to 10 weeks, depending on the complexity of the project. You'll get a clear timescale with your quote so you know exactly what to expect.
